Ludlow Capital Committee Cuts Six Projects, Holds FY27 Spending to $2.1 Million
Ludlow's Capital Improvement Planning Committee scaled back its fiscal year 2027 capital plan to roughly $2.1 million after certified free cash came in at $3,231,311, about $3 million below the $6.5 million the town had assumed.
