LUDLOW — Westover Golf Commission schedules irrigation project presentation. The municipal golf commission unanimously approved inviting the Town Administrator to a June 9 meeting with engineering firm Tighe & Bond to discuss the commission's planned irrigation project presentation for October Town Meeting. Chairman Sean McBride led the five-member commission in approving prior month minutes and bills.
Grounds Superintendent Frank Kulig reported grounds maintenance is current, with fertilization complete, crab grass controlled, and green heights adjusted. Golf Professional Bill Kubinski reported strong tournament registrations. The commission will return to regular two-monthly meetings in June.
