LUDLOW — Planning Board endorses ANR, continues Housing Plan vote to boost attendance. The three-member board unanimously approved an Abutter's Rights Notice for Armand Deslauriers' East Street property (Assessors' Map 31, Parcel 27), allowing two deed parcels to be combined into one lot with two conforming lots carved from the tract. Chairman Raymond Phoenix, Joel Silva, and William Ellison agreed that special permit applications for four proposed estate lots could be submitted concurrently with a definitive subdivision application and heard together to streamline review.
The Housing Production Plan vote was postponed to a future meeting with greater board attendance, though minutes noted the deferral would not harm the state approval timeline.
