Ludlow Planning Board unanimously endorses lot-combination ANR and advances zoning-bylaw revision. The board voted 3-0 to approve the Approval Not Required application for Michael Duffey at 732 Fuller Street to consolidate three parcels into one for tax purposes. The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission presented a finalized Community Planning Survey, set to run through February 16 and available online and in paper at four town locations, as part of a comprehensive zoning bylaw update.
A community meeting on the bylaw project is scheduled for January 29. The town submitted a district local technical assistance grant to examine smart-growth opportunities and implement Housing Production Plan strategies.
