Ludlow Planning Board unanimously approves ANR plan and updates accessory dwelling unit application. Chairman Raymond Phoenix presided over unanimous approval of a four-lot Subdivision Approval Not Required plan for Paul Adzima at 0 Center Street and the town's 2025 Annual Report. The Board also voted unanimously to revise the Accessory Apartment application as an Accessory Dwelling Unit application, with Town Planner Carpenter submitting updated standard motions to Town Counsel.
The Board received word of a $15,000 grant from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission designated for "Ludlow Future Growth" housing and Smart Growth District improvements.
