Ludlow Housing Authority unanimously reelected its entire board leadership slate without opposition. Chairperson Susan Stanek, Vice-Chairperson Kimberly Babin, and Treasurer Raymond Anderson each retained their posts. The Board approved $129,913.11 in bills from March 18 through April 21 and unanimously ratified the accountant's January and February 2026 financial reports.
Five modernization projects remain active, including State Street construction and higher-street renovation work, with change orders pending EOHLC approval. The Authority is pursuing reimbursement from insurance and EOHLC for damage costs tied to a planned 250th Anniversary Picnic.
