Ludlow Housing Authority approves noise policy and modernization change order.

LUDLOW — The Ludlow Housing Authority unanimously approved a $121,228.84 change order for the State Street Empties modernization project at its May 19 meeting. Chairperson Susan Stanek presided, with board members Raymond Anderson, Joao Alves, and Kimberly Babin present. The board also approved the minutes of April 21, voted unanimously to pay bills totaling $88,276.80, and approved a revised Noise Policy with updated dates.
A budget revision was tabled, and the March 31 quarterly financial report was not available. The board discussed updates to smoking policies, including a shift toward designated smoking areas instead of distance-from-building restrictions.
