Ludlow Housing Authority approves $503,293.77 in bills, tables budget revision

Ludlow Housing Authority unanimously approved $503,293.77 in bills and advanced four modernization projects. Chairperson Susan Stanek led the board meeting, with board members Raymond Anderson, Joao Alves, and Kimberly Babin present. The board tabled a budget revision to incorporate an Administrative Assistant into the regular budget pending guidance from the Department of Labor and Housing and Community Development due to wage-increase and maintenance-cost concerns.

The board also reviewed uninsured water damage at 39 Chestnut Street and elevated snow-removal costs from the winter season.
