Ludlow Housing Authority audits clean for fiscal 2025. Chairperson Susan Stanek and board members Raymond Anderson, Joao Alves, and Kimberly Babin unanimously approved the AUP audit results showing no findings, as well as the non-published PMR desk and CHAMP reviews. The board paid bills totaling $264,943.84 and authorized Robin Carvide to renew her Massachusetts notary certification.
Planning for the 250th Anniversary Picnic is underway, with a setup committee meeting scheduled for January 27, 2026.
