Ludlow Housing Authority approves $1.52M budget with $517,525 subsidy request. Chairperson Susan Stanek and board members voted unanimously to approve the operating budget for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, including an Executive Director salary of $100,265. Accountant Jenna Milne presented Budget Revision 1, which incorporated employee reorganization, position changes from an RSC grant, and new Department of Labor rates.
The board also unanimously voted to release funds held for the Foundation Insulation Repairs project following a successful one-year warranty inspection conducted June 8, 2026.
