Finance Director Cheryl Allen reported the Treasurer/Collector line has overshot its $25,000 budget by $195,000, with an anticipated inter-fund transfer to cover the gap. Town Administrator Marc Strange outlined FY27 growth at 3 percent for schools, including a new recreation director and paramedic/firefighter position, with negotiations ongoing on union contracts and no employee health deductible increases planned.
