Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 3, 2026

LUDLOW — Conservation Commission reorganizes with Tierney as Chair, Chaloux as Vice Chair. The Commission unanimously appointed Caroline Suska as its representative to the reactivated Community Preservation Act Committee, which will explore potential funding for open space preservation, affordable housing, and historic preservation projects. Applicant Nicholas Goggin was directed to file a Request for Determination of Applicability by June 18 for a proposed inground saltwater pool at 125 Watson Lane.

The Commission investigated a tree-cutting complaint at 77 Stivens Drive and determined the removed oak tree was located outside its jurisdiction, more than 100 feet from Haviland Pond.
