Conservation Commission approves four environmental permits and extends review of aging condominium project.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 4, 2026

Ludlow Conservation Commission approves four negative determinations and amendments at March 4 meeting. Chair Angela Tierney, Vice Chair Penny Lebel, Joseph Chaloux, and Caroline Suska unanimously approved temporary construction mats for pool access at 164 Lyon Street, tree removal at 57 Stivens Terrace, field improvements at 91 Claudia's Way, and a lot-line adjustment at Center Street. The Commission also cleared utility projects by Eversource Gas and the Wilbraham Department of Public Works along Miller Street.

However, members declined to extend the original 2007 Order of Conditions for Southview Estates on Fuller Street, voting unanimously to request updated plans and site information before reconsidering the three-year extension request.
