LUDLOW — The Capital Improvement Planning Committee reviewed 2027 departmental requests with no substantive votes recorded. Members James Gennette, Kathy Houle, Tony Sanches, and Chris Manfredi reviewed ongoing projects including the Library Parking Lot, Whitney Park playground equipment (quote pending from O'Brien), and Vet's Park feasibility study. DPW requested year 2 of payments for a wheel loader and trash containers plus two plow vehicles; Fire Department seeks the final ladder truck payment and third of four ambulance subscription fund payments; schools requested a high school wall facade and Chevy Silverado replacement; Ludlow Police sought annual patrol car replacements and an Animal Control Officer vehicle.
